Sovereignty for security?: the discourse of sovereignty in Estonia

The most crucial element of sovereignty debates in Estonia is whether international integration improves national security against a possible Russian threat. Estonia has actively pursued memberships in the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and has selectively appropriated political practices and rhetoric from these organizations.
