Different unfolding pathways for mesophilic and thermophilic homologues of serine hydroxymethyltransferase

Research has been conducted on the protein folding and unfolding. The analysis of the amount of information transferred from this folding and unfolding to another member of the same family has been carried out via the characterization of the dimeric enzyme serine hydroxymethyltransferase' equilibrium unfolding process and the details are presented.
