Abstract
- Research has been conducted on the arginine substitutions in the DRY motif (aspartic acid, arginine and tyrosine). The effect of these substitutions in alpha (sub)1B -adrenergic receptors and angiotensin II type 1A receptors on their localization, signaling and desensitization has been studied and the results are presented.
