Abstract
- In 1989 George W. Bush got a loan of $500,000 from a Texas Bank without filling out the proper paperwork, a fact that is not in harmony with Bush's demand for stricter corporate accounting. Bush's background in business makes him uniquely positioned to help the market rebound, yet many will question whether he has the interests of regular investors at hand. Many argue that his past blunders make Bush qualified in the ways of corporate reform.
