Abstract

The authors review the publications on eukaryotic DNA polymerases. The topics of interest include the the multi-functional features of the classical DNA polymerase alpha, beta, gamma, sigma and epsilon and of the novel DNA polymerases Rev1, zeta, eta, iota and kappa.
