Abstract

A new glycoside hydrolase (GH) family 11 xylanase, Xyn11B, is identified in Pseudomonas cellulosa. The genes of the Xyn11B and other GH11 family xylanases may show differential temporal expression but they are all induced by the same polysaccharides. The Xyn11A and Xyn11B are the two major extracellular xylanases..
