Abstract
- Research has been conducted on the stable N and C isotopes used for soil C and N cycling process examination. The application of the time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry in detecting N and C assimilation by different bacterial cells and in quantification of N isotope ratios in bacterial samples is described.
