Abstract: Research has been conducted on the phytase activity of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB45. The use of the artificial sterile system which consists of culture filtrates of plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria and maize seedlings in establishing secreted phytase contribution to the plant growth promotion by B. amyloliquefaciens is described.
