Synthesis of novel 3'-C-methylene thymidine and 5-methyluridine/cytidine H-phosphonates and phosphonamidites for new backbone modification of oligonucleotides

Research has been conducted on the 3'-C-methylene thymidine and 5-methyluridine/cytidine H-phosphonates and phosphonamidites. The synthesis of these compounds has been carried out and their biophysical properties and target-binding affinity are described.
