The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) conference, Feb. 20-22, Atlanta, Georgia, addressed food safety and quality. It was the second International Food Safety & Quality Conference and Expo. Products displayed and the companies that displayed them are discussed and sessions and reports summarized.
