Regulation of Frizzled by Fat-like cadherins during planar polarity signaling in the Drosophila compound eye

Research has been conducted on the coordination orientation of ommatida in Drosophila eye. Results indicate that Fat action regulation is provided by the Dachsous expression across the eye and the Four-jointed action modulating Dachsous function.
