Abstract
- Results show that both replication protein A (RPA) and xeroderma pigmentosum group A protein (XPA) are in close proximity to the DNA adduct. Further, data indicate that XPA makes contact with both the damaged and undamaged DNA strands, whereas RPA preferentially binds to the undamaged strand of duplex damaged DNA..
