Phenotypic selection and phase variation occur during alfalfa root colonization by Pseudomonas fluorescens F113

Research has been conducted on the alfalfa root rhizophere colonization by Pseudomonas fluorescens F113 which undergoes phenotypic variations. Results indicate that these variations are affected by the rhizophere colonization.
