Abstract

Research into the eating attitudes of a group of UK secondary school students aged between 11 and 16 is presented. It was found that both cultural and socioeconomic factors independently affect eating attitudes. Students of Asian origin were more likely that Whites to have high Eating Attitude Test-26 scores.
