Abstract
- Results show that the human Bcl-2 cDNA, only in association with S3a, interacts with poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase causing a decrease in enzyme activity. Data indicate that Bcl-2 along with S3a plays a role in apoptosis arrest by inhibiting poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase activity.
