Abstract: Results demonstrate that GacA protein upregulates the expression of regulatory RNA, RsmZ, in Pseudomonas fluorescens CHA0 in response to a bacterial signal. This leads RsmZ to alleviate the respression activity of RsmA on target mRNAs expression.
