Abstract
- Results reveal that the regulation of the sigma(sup)54-dependent activator NifA activity involves P(sub)II signal transduction protein-like GlnK protein. Uridylylation of GlnK prevents unmodified GlnK stimulation of flavoprotein NifL inhibitory activities in Azotobacter vinelandii.
