(3R,4S)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-1-methylpiperidine: conformation and structure monitoring by vibrational circular dichroism

Research has been conducted on the absorption and vibrational circular dichroism spectra of the (3R,4S)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-1-methylpiperidine. The measurements of these spectra have been analyzed in determining the compound's absolute configuration and conformations and the results are reported.
