Abstract

With a focus on building organizational capacity through partnerships and technology, it investigated various phases of evolution, from conceptualization to implementation. It also highlighted strategies employed to address caregiver needs. Through a multidisciplinary approach involving collaboration with caregivers, leveraging technology, and establishing community networks, the mobile rehabilitation center aimed to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services and empower caregivers with the knowledge and resources necessary for effective caregiving. The paper also discussed the role of technology in improving service delivery, such as transitioning to online data management systems and developing instructional videos for caregivers. Moreover, it emphasized the importance of community engagement and stakeholder collaboration in creating sustainable support networks for caregivers.
