The continuing relevance of strategy

The author examines the role of strategic analysis as a framework for organizational behavior research. Rather than couch strategy strictly in terms of conflict, the author also explores strategy in terms of cooperation and fit, which encompass a wide range of situations and variables within organizational behavior research.
