The isolation and synthesis of novel nematocidal dithiocyanates from an Australian marine sponge, Oceanapia sp

Research has been conducted on the EtOH extract from the Australian marine sponge, Oceanapia sp. The bioassay-directed fractionation of this extract has been carried out, and the results indicate that it has yielded three dithiocyanates, thiocyanatins A, B and C and their structures have been determined via the spectroscopic analysis.
