Abstract

Research has been conducted on the cyclic peptides, the targets in the drug-discovery process. To overcome the difficulties in the synthesis of the cyclic peptide arrays the authors have developed the safety-catch linker which involves the use of the protected catechol derivative, and the description of the safety-catch concept is presented.
