Sentencing and punishment - New Jersey's three strikes law - New Jersey's Perpetual Offendor Accountability Act does not violate constitutional protections against double jeopardy and ex post facto, and is consistent with equal protection, due process and separation of powers provisions in state and federal Constitution.
