Abstract: It has been possible to identify the first epoxidations of 1-amidoallenes as a general entry to chiral nitrogen-substituted oxyallyl cation equivalents for stereoselective [4 + 3] cycloaddition. Exploring epoxidation of nitrogen-substituted allenes is a new departure.
