Abstract

Research reveals that the sodium-dependent step within the Na(sup)+ -tranlocating NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase is localized between flavin adenine dinucleotide and flavin mono nucleotide. Data also point out that NADH reduction of the flavin is dependent on sodium concentration.
