Abstract
- Researchers have discovered that the composition and diversity of soil bacterial communities differs depending on the DNA recovery method used. Methods used in this study included the UltraClean Soil DNA kit, the Fast DNA spin sample kit, and a method of their own based on mechanical lysis.
