Abstract
- An analysis is presented on environmental policy under Pres George W. Bush, specifically the possible withdrawal of the US from the Kyoto Climate Change Protocol of 1997. Suggestions include implementing strategies to reduce vulnerability to climate changes regardless of whether these changes are the result of human activities.
