- After a night's sleep, the human body is dehydrated, the muscles tired, and the brain slow, and the most effective way to revive it is to eat a nutritious breakfast. A breakfast of healthy food can help to build muscle and fight fat, rehydrate, provide fiber and calcium, prevent colds and cramps, and keep the brain and senses alert.
