Abstract

This study examined the association between perceived pre-COVID exercise volume and severity of the virus based on symptom burden and hospitalization for adults who tested positive for COVID-19. The results have implications for educating adults about best-practice exercise volume during periods of peak COVID-19 diagnoses.
