The development of a questionnaire to describe science teacher communication behavior in Taiwan and Australia

Issues concerning the communication behavior of science teachers in Australia and Taiwan are discussed. A student questionnaire assessing aspects of teacher behavior is developed, with focus on teachers' non-verbal support, encouragement and understanding.
