Abstract
- The alpha-helical transmembrane peptide Ac-K(sub 2)L(sub 24)K(sub 2)-amide produces inverted nonlamellar phases and this effect is not affected by structural changes. It also does not appear to involve lipid-peptide hydrophobic mismatch.
