Abstract

Gerald L. Pouncey Jr., an environmental lawyer with Morris, Manning, and Martin L.L.P., works to convince real estate developers to build on land that has been previously used for industrial purposes instead of digging up new land. Currently, he is working on the redevelopment project of the Atlantic Station, the former Atlantic Steel industrial site on its way to becoming a busy suburb.
