Abstract

Research demonstrates that effective transfer of eukaryotic genes to prokaryotic systems is influenced by the ratio of eukaryotic genome complexity and the number copies of the transgene as shown in a study involving transfer of plant genes into Ralstonia solanacearum bacteria.
