Only real competition can solve the Chapters problem

Issues concerning the increasingly dominant position that Chapters has over the Canadian book industry are presented. Canada's book industry ownership rules dictate that companies are Canadian owned and controlled; it is suggested it would be beneficial to establish a real competitive market by opening up the doors to foreign firms.
