Abstract
- Congress is planning new legislation on use of methyl tert-butyl ether or ethanol as gasoline additive and a review of oxygen mandate in the Clean Air Act. Additional information on environmental pollution triggered by gasoline oxygenates and various states' initiatives in the above mentioned issue is also included.
