The right mayor or a nightmare?

The four main London mayor candidates have a wide range of differing views on building and construction in the capital city, with the eventual winner having a large amount of control over the types of building projects being commissioned. Opinion polls give Ken Livingstone 61% of the London vote, with Frank Dobson coming second with only 16% of the vote.
