Modular approach to the accelerated convergent growth of laser dye-labeled poly(aryl ether) dendrimers using a novel hypermonomer

The synthesis of multichromophoric dendrimers that produces not only the target molecules but all the necessary model compounds is presented. This will assist photophysical studies on multichromophoric macromolecules, since a large number of structures are required.
