Abstract

The uncertainty of the Y2K computer glitches prompted corporations to niot heavily invest in technology spending, instead concentrating on programming fixes. Forecasts are presented on how tech stocks will fare with the Y2K problem over and companies ready to buy and whether these stocks wil dominate as it has in the past years.
