Improving the base of rural construction

Russia's economy depends upon the stability of its agro-industrial complex. The current economic state of the agrarian sector is poor, gross product volume has dropped, agriculture in unprofitable, and agricultural enterprises are no longer able to acquire the resources needed to sustain or expand production activity, negatively effecting the construction sector. State programs are being implemented to assist agricultural enterprises with the purchasing of necessary resources and the facilitation of agriculturally-related rural construction.
