Abstract

Research is conducted on the osmolyte glucosylglycerol biosynthesis of cyanobacterium Synechococcus sp. strain PCC 7002 isolated from marine environment to compare the results with the results for the freshwater organism Synechocystis sp. strain PCC 6803. Experiments revealed differences in their protein regulation.
