A decision support system for project planning

A study developed a decision support system for a high-risk construction project in a changing environment. Three major factors linked with construction projects are time, cost and quality. The proposed system optimizes these project parameters for project change control pu and flexible for goal planning applications. The proposed model provides information about about the changes needed in an ongoing project for on-time completion within budget and with the desired quality.
