Abstract

There is a need to study the way in which knowledge is developed and then transmitted in and through a project management organization. Many managers would like their workers to see the organization as a learning institution rather than simply a place of work. Effective management of the learning curve is a participative process and requires input from various sources within the organization. Knowledge mapping and document tracking systems are just some of the techniques that can be used in managing the learning curve.
