Abstract
- Regional landscape photographer Sherman Hines restored a 17th-century stone house that he had spotted in 1980 while driving down a highway near Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has created a rustic compound around a cottage which had no windows or doors when he started. It's old stone cellar attracted Hines.
