Abstract

The construction of the $780-million San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor in Orange County, CA, is the biggest public highway project in the history of the US. The 17.5-mile project was undertaken by the California Corridor Constructors, a joint venture between the Granite Construction Co and the Kiewit Pacific Co.
