Abstract

Detailed information about the changes in nuclear equilibrium geometry may be gained through a combined quantitative analysis of resonance Raman scattering cross section and charge-transfer absorption. Although other conventional time-domain pump-probe techniques exist, the proposed approach generates more accurate results. Such an approach has also been proven efficient in calculating molecular and solvent reorganization parameters.
