Abstract

Globalization has made it necessary for most managers to become culturally sensitive to their managed groups. Technological innovations have redefined the workplace to mean not just the physical office, but all work-related aspects. Managers are advised to maintain a global mindset that is sensitive to the needs of the employees and the environment.
