Abstract
- Nova Southeastern University is being sued by nine former students who allege that racial discrimination motivated the college to expel them from the PhD program in education. The university, which has a history of awarding a high number of doctoral degrees to black students, defends its actions, stating that the students were expelled for plagiarism and unsatisfactory academic work.
