Teneron spins off voice-coding firm; Cycomm receives $750,000 in first-round financing

First Source Capital Fund of Portland contributed $750,000 to form Cycomm, a voice-encryption firm. Currently employing five, Cycomm's long-term plan is to be instrumental in changing government specifications of telephone security systems. The firm plans to undercut competitors and needs only a minimum of venture capital for future expansion.
