Starting Your Own Newsletter

Newsletters are often inexpensive to start, requiring less than ten thousand dollars, but for those with an original idea they can be quite successful. Starting a newsletter, however, involves quite a few steps. First a topic must be chosen. You will have to come up with a list on whom to send a test mailing. The response from that can get you started, or help you to re-evaluate your plans, perhaps using advertising as a means to draw subscribers. Renewal rates are also something to consider.
