Abstract

Good managers possess certain recognizable qualities. They are able to view their strengths and weaknesses realistically and objectively. There are questions to ask oneself as an aid to self-appraisal. Associates judge a manager by his personal life, as well as his job performance. The best managers are also admirable human beings.
